Sells Pro Training is licensed and operated by Krazy Keepers Limited on behalf of Sells Goalkeeper Products Limited.

Definitions

“Booking Form” means the form relating to the booking of student for a weekly class, holiday course or residential course as set out at the booking stage of the website.

“Class(es)” means a Sells Pro Training weekly class.

“Course” means a Sells Pro Training Goalkeeper Day, Course, Event or Tournament.

“Residential Camp” means a Sells Pro Training Residential Camps.

“Coach” means the coach running the Weekly Classes.

Whilst every effort will be taken to maintain the consistency of the coaches, Sells Pro Training retains the right to change the coaching staff where necessary.

“Fees” means the value chargeable to attend Weekly Sessions, Holiday Course, Keeper Wars, Tournaments or Residential Camps as specified on the Booking Form.

“Parent” means a parent or legal guardian of the participant who will be responsible for the payment of the Fees and who is the contracting party to this contract and who shall be responsible for compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

“Student” means the child who is attending and taking part.

“Venue” means the premises where the Classes take place.

Terms & Conditions” means the terms and conditions set out in this document and any special terms and conditions agreed in writing by Sells Pro Training and the parent.

“Website” means the website at www.sellsprotraining.com

Acceptance

Sells Pro Training reserve the right to cancel a Day Course or Residential Camp at any time prior to the start, for any reason whatsoever.

In this event, Sells Pro Training shall not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever, arising from such cancellation but will refund all fees paid.

When booking a Residential Camp, please note that these will not be refunded if they cancel the booking for any reason and deposits are non-refundable.

In some circumstances transfer the students place to another course and should there remain any difference in the cost, parents will be requested make up the shortfall accordingly.

Parents are required need to give one months notice before cancelling payment for Weekly Classes.

Parents pay for the students place on the course so any cancellation of fees will result in the student losing their place in the class.

Parents are responsible for cancelling their child’s place from the class.

In the case of continual payment of monthly fees, Sells Pro Training will assume that the student remains in place, until you contact us or cancel your Direct Debit.

Parent Obligation

The parent warrants that the information provided on the Booking Form is accurate and up to date in all respects at the point of booking.

Any changes should be sent to Sells Pro Training.

Please note, it is the parent’s responsibility to inform Sells Pro Training of any special medical conditions, at the point of booking.

This includes behavioural problems or anything that might affect student’s participation.

Students must not attend any class whilst suffering from any serious illness or contagious disease.

The parent agrees and accepts the sole responsibility, general conduct and care for the student during the class or course.

Sells Pro Training shall have the sole right to exclude the student(s) permanently or for such period, as Sells Pro Training shall (in its entire discretion) determine, if deemed necessary, for the safety and well being of other students.

Any students misbehaving on any courses or classes can be excluded at Sells Pro Training discretion and the payment will not be refundable as a result.

Limitation of Liability

The parent agrees that any claim made against Sells Pro Training will be made in writing within thirty days of the incident taking place and failure to report in writing within this time will negate any such claim.

The maximum aggregate liability for Sells Pro Training to the student or parent will not exceed the fees.

Neither Sells Pro Training nor any coach accepts responsibility in respect of loss, damage or expense incurred by a student or parent arising directly or indirectly or in any way connected with the attendance of the student or parent at classes or courses.

Fees & Payment

Fees are calculated on the basis of on year’s coaching, with payments divided into monthly fees. Please note there is no set amount of sessions in each month and the number of sessions may differ month-to month.

Fees are due on the 1st day of the month unless otherwise agreed with Sells Pro Training.

Final Payments for all residential camp, day courses or events must be made no later than two weeks in advance of the course start date.

Product

Products, such as gloves, apparel and accessories, will be supplied by Sells Goalkeeper Products, so please refer to the website www.sellsgoalkeeperproducts.com in regard of Terms & Conditions.

General

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties hereto and supersede prior agreements and understandings between the parties.

The laws of England shall govern this contract and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
